We welcome you to come stay with us at the Hatfield-McCoy Inn located in Historic Downtown Matewan. You can relax in the Courtyard, enjoy some fresh smoked Pork BBQ, some entertainment and mingle with the other guest. Breakfast is available on site here at Wingo's Grill Friday's and Saturday's and other mornings upon request. The rooms lead to a front street overlook and a back street observation deck above the courtyard with views of scenic mountains, the Matewan Floodwall, and The Matewan Buffalo and The Devil Ance Connector ATV Trail Head. If you're coming to ride The Hatfield and McCoy Trails you can park your trucks and atv trailers here and head straight for the mountains!

Trail Riders Special ! ! ! The Rate is $225.00 for up to 5 people and a 2 night minimum stay.

The Devil Anse Trail House

The Devil Ance Trail House Lodging is Located in Downtown Historic Matewan adjacent / within 50' to The Buffalo Mountain Trail and The Devil Ance Trail. It is located approximately 70 yards from the Hatfield McCoy Resort / Inn. The House has two separate levels. Each level can accommodate six people. Each level has its own bathroom. Provided on each floor is a microwave, coffee pot, and a small refrigerator and use of the court yard is available for you at the Hatfield and McCoy Resort Inn. The house provides you a cozy clean place to sleep and a place to clean up after a long day on the trails. The price per each level is $240.00 per night plus tax with a two night minimum stay. That's an average of $40 a person per night plus tax.

Extra Amenities

Here at The Hatfield McCoy Resort we have a small repair shop loaded with hand tools, a tire changer, welders and more. For you to use at no cost. There's an ATV shop in town that carries basic repair parts.

There are dealerships within 15-30 miles.

Lunches available for the trail. Breakfast available in Wingo's Grill Friday & Saturday beginning 7am and other days to our customers upon request.

The Buffalo Mt. Trail Head and The Devil Ance Connector Trail is adjacent to our back door. Therefore you can park your trailers here, have direct access to trail head lodging here at the Inn, unload your ATV's and hit the trail.

You get to stay with The Real McCoy's & Hatfield's.

There is a Police Station located adjacent to the Trail Parking.

Cancellation Policy

HATFIELD MCCOY RESORT INN TEREMS AND CONDITIONS;

-CHECK-IN: 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Special late check-in by request only. If you are going to be later than 7PM please notify us asap for late check in instructions. -CHECK-OUT: 11:00AM. -VISITOR POLICY: Use of the rooms/suite areas is reserved exclusively for our registered guest. Please, no visitors to guest rooms between 9PM and 9AM. -

RESERVATION POLICIES -FOR SECURITY REASONS, The Photo ID and the Credit Card used to make the reservation are required at Check-In. -TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION, the reservation is charged in FULL to your Credit Card at the time you make your reservation. You will receive confirmation and a receipt by email. -A CREDIT CARD AND RELATIVE INFORMATION will be taken for every reservation and kept on file regardless of final payment method until departure and rooms have been inspected. -WE DO NOT HOLD ROOMS WITHOUT PAYMENT.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES -AS A SMALL INDEPENDENTLY OWNED INN, CANCELLATIONS AFFECT US DEARLY. We understand that plans change at the last minute. We hope you understand that, as a small B&B INN with limited availability we must enforce our cancellation policies.

-CANCELLATIONS: : A $30.00 FEE +tax will be charged for any re-bookings.

-CANCELLATION POLICY: Only a Re-Booking is available for cancellations. We will honor your total booking dollar amount towards another stay up to one year from the date you made your 1st booking with at least a 24 notice prior to the check in date. Without the 24 hour notice all money paid will be forfeited. The re- booking does not apply to staying separate nights/dates due to numerous cleaning fees. Rates are subject to change.

RESERVATIONS MADE FOR HOLIDAYS OR -------SPECIAL LOCAL EVENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE / CREDIT FOR ANOTHER DATE WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THESE CANCELLATIONS.

-EARLY DEPARTURES: While we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances, once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore NO REFUNDS will be given. If you decide to depart from your room due to any circumstances prior to your original check out date you need to inform management prior to leaving the premises so that we can review your situation together . We do not do refunds.

- No credit for another date will be made for NO-SHOWS or Early Departures and you will forfeit your payment. -A $30.00 FEE PER ROOM IS ASSESSED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS AND ANY CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION, other than adding room nights and will appear on your receipt. -

-PET POLICIES

No Pets Allowed

-TOBACCO USAGE: The INN is Tobacco Free In conjunction with West Virginia laws we have designated outside areas for our guest wishing to use tobacco products. A $250.00 fee will be charged if you are using tobacco products in any other areas, and will be asked to leave without a refund.

-The INN is not responsible for theft or damage to personal property.

-RATES were determined per person upon you booking the room(s). Any additional guest during your stay will be an additional cost of $45 plus tax per night added to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash.

-THE USE OF ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS will result in the Sherrif being called and the guest removed from the property without refund.

-GUEST GENERATING EXCESSIVE NOISE OR BOTHERING OTHER GUEST will be asked to leave the INN immediately and held responsible for the entire amount of stay.

-COOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS OR OUTDOORS ON PREMISES USING ELECTRIC OVENS AND GRILLS other than the Master Suite is strictly forbid. An additional charge of $250.00 will be billed to your credit card for cleanup and repair by using such cooking equipment plus an additional cost for any other damage created by using such cooking devices. This policy is also created due to insurance and security reasons.

-CANDLE AND INCENSE BURNING are not allowed in rooms or on patio and decks for insurance and security reasons. Guest will be charged for damages or excessive cleaning caused by candle or incense burning and will be asked to leave.

By providing a credit card for my booking charges I agree that I have read the cancellation policy including all the terms and conditions and agree to them.
